24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality personal and small-group training at our Laguna Niguel club. You will build a personal book of business, design personalized programs, and help members achieve lasting results while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will grow your client base through consultative selling, maintain strong relationships, and stay motivated to drive retention and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Current CPT certification or related degree in exercise science or kinesiology is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and great service.
• Design personalized fitness programs for client goals and long-term success.
