Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification; CPT certification (NASM/ISSA/ACE/NSCA/NCSF) or related degree required
• Proven ability to grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent results
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to motivate and retain clients

Responsibilities
