The role combines coaching with sales, offering a guaranteed base rate and opportunities to increase earnings through coaching sessions and a growing client roster.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification in-person; CPT certification (NASM/ISSA/ACE/NSCA/NCSF) or related degree in exercise science or kinesiology.
• Proven ability to build and grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and build relationships.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs to support each client's goals.
