The role offers flexible scheduling, access to studio memberships, and ongoing paid training with a supportive, experienced team. A national fitness certification is required or obtainable, and no degree is necessary.

Qualifications

• No degree required; national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA‑accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
