Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to guide our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You’ll lead members through dynamic sessions, help them hit personal goals, and ensure correct form with heart-rate–focused training.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification or the ability to obtain one is needed. The role offers a strong potential for growth and a team with extensive fitness experience.

Qualifications

• We require a national fitness certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections.
• Understand heart-rate zone training and applicable workouts.
• Demonstrate usage of all equipment in workouts.
