Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in a studio setting. You will guide members through heart-rate focused training, ensure proper form, and help individuals reach personal goals.

The role emphasizes strong client connection, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a team with extensive fitness experience. Certification is required or obtainable, with competitive per-session pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in workouts.
