Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0210 is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts tracked by technology. The role offers compensation per session with bonus potential for certified trainers, plus a direct career track to a Head Fitness Coach with a pay increase.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.
• No degree required; must genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training programs and what competitors are doing.
• Demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in each workout.
