Crunch Franchise is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and a positive fitness experience for members and clients. You will drive member retention and client acquisition by providing evidence-based programs, nutrition guidance, and clear progress tracking within Crunch Franchise standards.

As part of the team, you will adhere to the CAMP CRUNCH Orientation, support club operations, and contribute to the overall success of the club.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Service and Train Clients (70% of time): Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory package clients; prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs; inform clients of fitness tools; set expectations and track progress; demonstrate safe exercise technique.
• Service Members (20% of time): Instruct members on proper equipment use; assist in member service activities; deliver CAMP CRUNCH Orientation; help with racking weights and maintaining a neat club.
• Additional/Misc. (10%): Design fitness programs using dotFIT; schedule sessions and admin time; execute the Trainer Business Plan; perform other duties as assigned.
