Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a dedicated Personal Trainer/Brand Ambassador to deliver high-quality training sessions and a positive fitness experience for members and clients. You will guide education, resistance and cardio programs, ensuring client retention and new member acquisition as part of Crunch Franchise.

Responsibilities include creating comprehensive programs, scheduling sessions, demonstrating proper techniques, and promoting fitness lifestyles aligned with company tools and services.

Qualifications

• Create outstanding initial personal training experiences for intro clients.
• Develop comprehensive fitness programs aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on fitness tools and resources available.
• Set expectations and track progress toward goals.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique.

Responsibilities

• Instruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques.
• Assist with member service activities as needed (seminars, boot camps, demos).
• Explain benefits of the Smart Start Kick Off to members and guests.
• Maintain neat, organized club environment.
