Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Brand Ambassador Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality sessions and guidance, driving member retention and client acquisition. You will educate clients on comprehensive fitness programs, including resistance and cardio training, and promote nutritional products within Crunch standards.

The role emphasizes safety, program design, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for advancement and training & development inside the Crunch Franchise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Certifications from ACSM/ACE/NSCA/NASM/NESTA/NFPT are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal training sessions tailored to client goals.
• Educate members on fitness programs, nutrition guidelines, and proper exercise technique.
• Achieve session targets and contribute to revenue and product sales.
• Adhere to Crunch Franchise policies and avoid outside training conflicts.
