Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0276 in Tampa is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You’ll help members stay engaged, feel welcome, and achieve their one-hour, full-body sessions.

The role requires at least 1 year of Orangetheory or personal training experience, CPR/AED certification, and an NCCA-approved primary certification. You’ll demonstrate proper form, communicate goals, and work as part of a energetic studio team.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• 1 year Experience within Orangetheory and/or PT experience
• NCCA Approved Primary Certification (from the list below)
