Job summary

Orangetheory - Franchise #0276 is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. You will motivate members, ensure safety and correct form, and help clients set and achieve goals during our 1-hour sessions.

As part of the team you’ll study the science behind our heart-rate-based training and use all equipment confidently. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience within Orangetheory and/or PT experience.
• NCCA approved primary certification from the listed bodies.
• OTFit Certification by a Certified OTFit Educator.
• CPR / AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve goals.
• Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training.
• Demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment in workouts.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts

• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player
