Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Tampa, FL is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, heart-rate monitored 1-hour workouts. You will guide members through pre-defined sessions, ensure correct form, and foster a welcoming, energetic studio environment.Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of Orangetheory or personal training experience, plus CPR/AED and a recognized fitness certification such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NCSF or NSCA. • NCCA Approved Primary Certification (from the list below).
• OTFit Certification.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

• 1 year Experience within Orangetheory and/or PT experience
