Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Sanford, FL is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate tracked workouts for groups and individuals. You will guide members through sessions, ensure proper form, and help participants reach their goals using our tech-driven approach.

No formal degree is required; an active NASM/ACE/ISSA or equivalent certification plus CPR/AED is expected or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Active national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA-accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain.
• Active Adult CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.

• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training and equipment usage.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment in workouts.

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require an active national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We require an active Adult CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain one.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
