Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Connecticut is hiring energetic Fitness Coaches to join our growing team across three CT studios. You’ll lead dynamic workouts, motivate members, and help clients achieve their health goals in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Nationally recognized certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent) and CPR/AED are required. You’ll train across studios, develop coaching skills, and be part of a community that celebrates progress and results.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Positive energy and strong communication skills.
• A team-first mindset and dependable work ethic.
• A passion for coaching and connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Coach across three Connecticut studios and lead engaging workouts.
• Motivate members, build relationships and celebrate progress.
