A leading fitness franchise in New Orleans is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead science-backed workouts and inspire our members. As a Fitness Instructor, you'll guide members, ensure correct form, and build community connections. A fitness certification, high school diploma, and CPR certification are required. Qualifications

• Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program.
• Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed.
• Building meaningful connections and creating community.

Life of a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory:

• Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed
• Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state-of-the-art studio
• Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends
• Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry
• Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals

Are you Qualified?

• Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness:
  
  • ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current AED/CPR certification
• Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program
• Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training
• Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred)
• A team player committed to growth and excellence
