Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in Orlando. You will motivate members, guide them through predefined sessions, and ensure proper form. The role emphasizes heart-rate based training and equipment usage within a supportive team environment.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification or the ability to obtain one is required. Flexible scheduling and studio membership perks are included to support your fitness career.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs and stay aware of competitors.
• Demonstrate the use of all equipment used in each workout.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts


• Help members set and achieve goals


• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t


• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing


• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
