Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Omaha is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, help them set goals, and ensure proper form during sessions in a dynamic studio environment.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification and CPR/AED are required or obtainable. We value genuine connection with members and the ability to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.

• Candidates should be able to genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through Orangetheory Fitness workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training and awareness of competitors.
• Demonstrate proper usage for every piece of equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $65 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through Orangetheory Fitness workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification and CPR/AED certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
