Orangetheory Fitness in Boca Raton is seeking a passionate Fitness Coach to lead science-backed, heart-rate focused workouts and serve as a brand ambassador for the vibrant OTF community. This part-time role offers about 13 classes per week with flexible scheduling; compensation includes roughly $50 per class, a 401K match, free studio membership, and opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifikationen

• Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current AED/CPR certification.
• Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program.
• Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training.
• Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred).

• Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed.
• Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state-of-the-art studio.
• Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends.
• Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry.
• Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals.

Schedule:

This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling; averaging 13 classes per week with the option to coach additional classes as available within your region.
