Orangetheory Fitness seeks Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. You will guide members through heart-rate driven sessions, help them set goals, and ensure correct form while leveraging our tech-tracked program.

No degree is required; a NASM/ACE/ISSA certification (or equivalent) is needed, or the ability to obtain one. Enjoy a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
