Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0248 seeks Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in a dynamic, group setting. You will motivate members, guide goal setting, and ensure proper form while demonstrating equipment usage.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or the ability to obtain one is requested. Compensation ranges by session with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
