Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Club Manager responsible for delivering high-quality service and facilities while driving financial results as outlined in the annual budget. This role requires leadership to motivate, supervise, and coordinate staff in servicing member needs and enforcing company policies to protect the Crunch brand.

The Manager will report to the Owner and oversee administration, sales, PT revenue, operations, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 4 years management experience required.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.
• Recruit and hire staff; communicate policies and procedures to employees.
• Lead, motivate and manage team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate across Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and IT to support club operations.
• Achieve sales goals and promote programs to generate new member leads.
• Oversee Personal Training revenue and sessions production; integrate PT products into sales.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards; manage maintenance and repairs.
