Anytime Fitness in Richfield is seeking a Club Manager to drive membership and training sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will engage potential clients, understand their goals, and tailor solutions that promote healthier living within the gym community.

The role requires strong leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support staff and members. Flexibility with hours and a proactive attitude are essential.

Formación

• Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but great communication and soft skills are.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Technologically savvy.
• Self-motivated and good at managing time and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Membership and training sales: qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
• Brand promoters: build relationships with businesses and influencers for marketing and campaigns.
