We seek a driven fitness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This full-time position requires weekday and weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management, customer service, community engagement and events, sales, and work experience in the health & fitness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Club Manager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

1. Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
2. Conducting tours and welcoming customers
3. Engaging in community events and activities
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
5. Managing membership and training sales
6. Providing exceptional customer service
7. Handling opening and closing duties
8. Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
9. Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
3. A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
4. Genuine and honest personality
5. Flexible availability
6. Technologically savvy
7. Self-motivated and proactive
8. Experience in management, customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is highly preferred
9. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply

OTHER

1. Competitive pay: $17/hour + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
2. 401k with employer contributions
3. Full-time hours 40 hours/week (OT available for managers that are dual trained as a fitness trainer)
4. Must have weekend and weekday availability
