LS Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily club operations in a fast-paced environment. You will support the General Manager by overseeing front desk and fitness teams, driving membership and personal training sales, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.

You will supervise staff to maintain high service standards, ensure club cleanliness and safety, manage member concerns, and monitor performance metrics.
