Job summary

10 Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cabot, AR to uphold the member experience and lead front-line staff. The role emphasizes honesty, resilience, and a positive environment while maintaining clean facilities and safe operations.

You will work with the General Manager on staffing, coaching, and policy execution. The position involves coaching employees, ensuring customer service excellence, coordinating member check-ins, and promoting memberships and personal training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills required and familiarity with club management systems.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred for progression.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with GM about staff, members, and sales.
• Assist in staffing, hiring/firing, and recruiting.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss policy, sales updates, and coaching.
• Ensure club signage, safety, and policy compliance at all times.
• Support management in handling incidents, time-off requests, and payroll tasks.
• Coach staff for development and ensure cleanliness and safety of the club.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and group exercises.
