Aquila is seeking a Fitness Coordinator in St. Louis, MO, to oversee fitness center programs, assist members with safe and effective exercise, and perform a wide range of technical and administrative duties. This full-time role is based in-person, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a 40-hour workweek.

Pay is $27/hour with strong benefits and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include supervising classes, conducting fitness assessments, and educating members on safe techniques.

Competenze

• Active, NCCA accredited National Fitness Certification (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, NCSF, NCCPT or AFAA) is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal agency security clearance.
• Certified in BLS/ CPR depending on provider; ACLS not required.

Mansioni

• Supervise fitness center activities and ensure safety protocols.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe exercise per ACSM guidelines.
• Teach group fitness classes and provide personal training sessions.
• Assist in selecting and supervising another team member.
• Maintain equipment safety, cleanliness, and proper usage.
• Participate in wellness promotions and external events.
