Job summary

Avera St Benedict Wellness Center is seeking staff to maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas. The role trains and motivates clients to achieve wellness goals and acts as a positive presence for employees and clients. The team promotes fitness programs and provides customer service while ensuring a safe environment.

Hours include primarily daytime shifts with possible weekends, evenings or holidays; minimum age is 16. Equal opportunity employer.

• Visual acuity adequate to perform duties and communicate effectively.
• Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech.
