Job summary

Twin Creeks Country Club - Cedar Park, TX is seeking a certified Personal Trainer with 3–5 years of experience in a country club or upscale fitness setting. The ideal candidate will create customized training programs, lead one-on-one sessions, and optionally lead group classes to elevate member experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certified.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients' goals and fitness levels.
• Develop and maintain personalized fitness programs.
• Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the fitness area.
• Lead or assist in group fitness classes (optional but preferred).
• Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to deliver a top-tier member experience.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, professional in demeanor, and skilled in creating customized training programs for a diverse clientele. The ability to lead group fitness classes is a strong bonus and highly valued.

• Develop and maintain personalized fitness programs

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the fitness area
