Job summary

Twin Creeks Country Club in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a certified Personal Trainer with 3–5 years of experience in a private club or upscale fitness setting to join our fitness team. The role focuses on one-on-one coaching, customized programs, and progress tracking for diverse members while maintaining safety and high standards of service.

Group fitness instruction is a valued bonus, with opportunities to lead sessions and collaborate with the wellness team to deliver exceptional member

Qualifications

• Current Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certified.
• 3–5 years of personal training experience, preferably in a country club or upscale fitness setting.
• Experience teaching group fitness classes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients’ goals and fitness levels.
• Develop and maintain personalized fitness programs.
• Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the fitness area.
• Lead or assist in group fitness classes (optional but preferred).
