Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a fitness team member for the Center For Personal Fitness – Esko to help members improve health and well-being. You will perform fitness assessments, personalize exercise plans, and educate members on safe use of equipment, with opportunities to lead classes and mentor new staff.

Qualifications

• No education requirement
• Perform fitness assessments and consultations
• Interpret and formulate personalized exercise programs for members
• Orientate members in safe and proper use of weight and aerobic equipment, and take care of scheduled maintenance of such equipment
• Teach exercise and fitness classes as needed
• Train new fitness staff in the policies and procedures of Essentia Health
