Fitch Basketball is seeking a Boys Assistant Varsity Coach to join the athletics program. The position requires managing coaching duties and contributing to team development.

Applicants should have a current Ohio Pupil Activity Permit and be prepared to undergo background checks. Eligible candidates will work under the district guidelines and adhere to board policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a basketball coach at the freshman level or higher.
• Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students.

Salary

AEA Members: 15% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
Non-AEA Members:15% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
