Job summary

ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium seeks two qualified individuals to serve as Fitch Basketball Girls Assistant Varsity Coaches. These part-time positions require coaching at the freshman level or higher and reside within the Austintown Township, Ohio area.

Applicants must hold a current Ohio Pupil Activity Permit and pass background checks; compensation includes a base salary according to the AEA and non-AEA schedules plus a 15% allowance, as outlined in the negotiated agreement.

• Experience coaching basketball at the freshman level or higher.
• Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students

Salary

• AEA Members: 15% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
• Non-AEA Members:15% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
