ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium is seeking a basketball coach to lead middle school athletic programs. You will mentor players, teach sport fundamentals, enforce rules, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship within the school community.

Applicants must hold the Ohio Pupil Activity Permit, pass background checks, and comply with board policies and state laws. Punctuality, collaboration with staff, parents, and students, and adherence to athletics standards are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a basketball coach at the middle school level or higher.
• Knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of basketball.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, parents, and students.

AEA Members: 10% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement

Non-AEA Members:10% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule

• Have a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students
