Under general supervision of the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, the Reformer Pilates Instructor is responsible for the preparation and planning of fitness classes. They will instruct various levels and types of group fitness classes and provide information relevant to proper use of equipment, class structure, and guest wellness.
Instructors are compensated at 1.25 times their hourly rate. This includes payment for an additional 15 minutes beyond the scheduled class time to allow for guest check-in, room setup, and end-of-class wrap-up.
