Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, provide assistance, and demonstrate products while ensuring a friendly shopping experience. You will help with merchandising, restocking, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product expertise, and the ability to work with team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information, assistance and direction.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers and maintain store merchandising.
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves neat and stocked.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing accuracy.
