Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with sea-going staff to understand morale, workload, and opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and connect them with AIS resources.
• Conduct onboarding, retention, and exit interviews to identify factors affecting satisfaction, performance, and turnover.
