Kura Sushi USA is hiring at our Tangram location to join the Kura Krew, a team passionate about food, culture, and delivering a unique guest experience.

The Fish Cutter role requires team players who can accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish while upholding food safety standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience at accurately cutting, preparing and portioning fish.
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Eager and enthusiastic about learning and preparing sushi by Kura standards.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion fish to Kura Sushi standards.
