Job summary

Kura Sushi USA in San Antonio is hiring Fish Cutters to join a team passionate about fresh, high-quality sushi and the revolving sushi concept. We offer both full-time and part-time hours, with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The position pays $12.00 per hour plus tips, with projected earnings higher due to tips. Training follows Kura standards and food-safety requirements to ensure excellence in guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling and portioning fish
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Able to learn and apply Kura sushi standards

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and portion fish accurately according to standards
• Prepare and portion fish for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Learn and adhere to Kura’s sushi specifications
