Kura Sushi Sunset Valley is hiring Fish Cutters to join our team. Full-time and Part-time hours are available. You will prepare and portion fresh fish, maintain food safety, and deliver a high-quality guest experience.

The role offers $12.00/hour (tips eligible with position) and meal discounts. We value teamwork, growth from within, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with sushi prep or food service preferred.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately cutting, preparing and portioning fish to Kura standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced sushi restaurant.
• Support team with high-quality food prep and timely service.

Pay Transparency
