Job summary

El Super is hiring a Fish Clerk at #16 Santa Fe Springs (U). You’ll support the Meat Manager, set up and maintain seafood displays, and assist customers with friendly, helpful service.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

The Opportunity
Under direct supervision of the Meat Manager, the Fish Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Assists the customers, sets up, maintains and cleans the seafood display cases. Cleans, fills and rotates the seafood displays. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand and stoop for prolonged period of times.
The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
