The ideal candidates for these positions will have a strong work ethic, work well with a team, be a self- starter as well as be adaptable and flexible.
Working ConditionsA majority of time may be spent working outside in inclement weather. Will be exposed to insects, snakes, and other harmful animals. Employees in this class will be required to operate various types of equipment used for general building maintenance and lawn maintenance. Incumbent must be able to bend, stoop, climb, crawl, and walk.
