Job summary

You will supervise staff, handle direct customer service, train personnel, balance cash, and develop procedures while coordinating computer and telephone issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and 3 years of experience in the area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with customer relations, counting and working with money, data entry, and 10-key by touch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and oversight during peak collection periods.
• Direct customer service and training of staff.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain various statistics.
• Develop alternative procedures and follow adopted procedures.
• Coordinate computer and telephone issues and build teams in responsible areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
