Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field; 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with customer relations, counting and working with money, data entry, and 10-key by touch is preferred.
• Ability to work at all 3 locations and with the public and staff courteously.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and training of staff.
• Direct customer service and handling inquiries.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain statistics.
• Research and resolve problems and coordinate computer/telephone issues.
• Develop alternative procedures and follow adopted procedures.
• Build teams in responsible areas and assist staff as needed.
