The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) seeks a Manager of Fiscal Systems to establish policies for IT systems that support financial reporting. The Fiscal Operations Systems Manager (Management Systems Specialist) will develop and administer training programs for fiscal-related systems, engage with stakeholders regarding proper use and protocols for use of systems, and administer security access functions. The ideal candidate will be end‑user focused with skills in business analysis and process mapping, administering end‑user security protocols, and communicating requirements between fiscal and Information Technology (IT) staff.
