Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of fiscal management or accounting experience.
  • Experience supervising a team preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal grant management and fiscal control practices.
  • AASIS/S4Hana experience.
  • Experience with state budgetary and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise fiscal support staff in daily operations.
  • Ensure that billing, payments, and accounting tasks are accurate and compliant.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve complex fiscal issues.
  • Assist in training and developing team members.
  • Review financial reports, reconciliations, and audits; liaise with other departments.
