The Fiscal Officer will serve on the leadership of the University of Guam Center for Island Sustainability (CIS) and Sea Grant (SG). The role manages all financial functions—accounting, billing, reconciliation, budget development and tracking, financial operations, personnel, insurance, legal compliance, and projections for grant and capital budgets. The officer oversees fiscal and accounting aspects of grants management, maintains accounting records for federal and other funding, manages the grants database, collaborates with the eSG system, and ensures compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
