Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes complex capital and operating budget requests and related program proposals.
  • Evaluates costs, fiscal impacts, and policy implications for Council consideration.
  • Documents analyses and presents findings to the County Council and Administrator.
  • Forecasts revenue and expenditure trends and advises on long-term implications.
  • Works independently on complex assignments with minimal supervision.
