Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences, public/business administration, or related field.
• Three years of full-time professional experience in student services or related field; demonstrated competence and growth potential.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor for first-time freshmen; coordinate EOP FYE and Summer Bridge programs.
• Provide holistic advising and case management for historically low-income, first-generation students.
• Supervise paraprofessional student staff and collaborate with campus partners to design equity-minded programs.
• Use assessment and student data to improve programming and outcomes.
