Numeral is seeking a Technical Recruiting Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll be the first dedicated technical recruiter, shaping processes and the bar for talent, moving quickly with managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup.
• Track record of closing strong technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines (backend, full-stack, infra) and product/design.
• Strong sourcing skills: ability to engage candidates who aren’t actively looking.
• Ability to build credibility with technical hiring managers and act as a thought partner.
• Organized and data-driven, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Startup mindset with bias toward action and ambiguity tolerance.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate the bar, and move quickly.
• Build and manage pipelines for roles ranging from senior ICs to leadership.
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond inbound including proactive outreach and referrals.
• Establish recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices that scale with the company growth.
• Create a candidate experience that reflects Numeral's culture and leaves a lasting impression.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Help define what great technical recruiting looks like at Numeral.
